Colombia: 2nd Best Business Climate in Latin America According to the World Bank

Colombia has strengthened its international position as a country to do business, and has simplified the processes to access credit, protect investment, pay taxes and to seek permission for construction, among others. Of 138 countries, Colombia climbed from 49th place to the 37th spot in the latest report, scoring 2nd in Latin America after Puerto Rico.
Talk to the World: Bogota's English Language Training Program

A little over a year ago, Talk to the World was launched in classrooms across the city providing  600 hours of intensive English language instruction to 100 students - completely free of charge. This project, a collaboration between the Secretaría Distrital de Desarrollo Económico, and Invest in Bogota, has expanded with nearly 600 students.
